Total Mileage: 29 miles. Includes a 3 mile hill run, 5.5 mile run @ marathon pace, and 12 mile long run @ 9:34 min/mile pace.
Helpful training assistants: Icy Hot (icy to dull the pain and hot to relax it away), ibuprofen, Sprite, and the Mpls Chain of Lakes
Sunday's long run was pleasant. Went at a slower more comfy pace.
On to Week 5 of training!
